This is a parivritta supine yoga class that is gentle and great after a day of sitting behind your desk. Parivritta means revolved in Sanskrit and this is essentially a class of twisting. Due to some of the deep abdominal twists I would recommend not doing this class on your period and coming back to it on a different week.

This class requires some yoga experience and the ability to move from seated to standing with the support of a chair or props.
