1/2 cup + 3 tbsp all pupose flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp red food coloring
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
1 egg at room temperature
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup buttermilk ( milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)
Small batch creamcheese frosting
Ingredients:
4oz creamcheese softened
1/4 cup (2 oz/4 tbsp) salted butter softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup - 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
