Jog at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Run at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Fully recover (or walk until your heart rate returns to normal) at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Run an all-out sprint at a 2% incline - for 30 seconds
Fully recover at a 2% incline - for 30 seconds
Sprint at a 3% incline - for 30 seconds
Recover at a 3% incline - for 30 seconds
Sprint at a 4% incline - for 30 seconds
Recover at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Jog at a 2% incline, then increase the incline 2% every 30 seconds - for 2 minutes
Recover at an 8% incline - for 1 minute
Jog at an 8% incline - for 30 seconds
Run at a 4% incline - for 30 seconds
Sprint at a 2% incline - for 30 seconds
Recover at a 2% incline - for 1 minute

Part 2: 15-minute Strength-Training routine
Alternating Reverse Lunges with a Bicep Curl - 3 sets of 10 reps for each leg
Pushups - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Deadlifts - 3 sets of 15 reps
Bicycle Crunches - 3 sets of 15 reps for each side

Part 3: 15-minute Treadmill routine again
Warm up with a walk or slow jog at a 2% incline - for 2 minutes
Power-walk at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Power-walk at a 15% incline - for 1 minute
Jog at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Recover at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Sprint at a 2% incline - for 30 seconds
Recover at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Jog at a 2% incline - for 1 minute
Run at a 2% incline - for 45 seconds
Sprint at a 2% incline - for 30 seconds

Part 4: 15-minute Strength-Training routine
Squats - 3 sets of 15 reps
Tricep Dips - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Superman - 3 sets of 15 reps
Abdominal Crunches - 3 sets of 20 reps

WEDNESDAY: Swimming
On Wednesday she does swimming laps for 30 minutes

THURSDAY: Drenched Fitness
Thursday is the same Tuesday - time for her drenched fitness workout routine

FRIDAY: Dance rehearsal
Britney loves dancing and Friday is all about that - she does her dance rehearsal for 90 Minutes

SATURDAY: Drenched Fitness and Swimming
Saturday she hit it off with her drenched fitness workout routine just like Tuesday and Thursday and her 30 minutes swimming laps

SUNDAY: Cardio
She ends the week of working out with her at-home cardio - for 45 minutes

Breakfast
Omelet of egg whites or oatmeal
Fruit and veggies

After breakfast Snack
Yogurt with granola

Lunch
Salad
Vegetables
Chicken breast
Fresh cold juice

After Lunch Snack
