Ingredient :
Oat flour 7 tbsp
Almond flour 7 tbsp
Coconut sugar (or brown) 7 tbsp
Milk (dairy or plant-based) 7 tbsp
Oil (neutral, e.g., sunflower, light olive) 7 tbsp
Egg 1
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Salt
🌼 Optional Toppings •
Slivered almonds
• Crushed pistachios
• Dried rose petals
(Add just before baking or after glaze)

🍰 Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease and line a 5–6 inch round cake tin with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk the egg + sugar until slightly frothy (1 minute).
3. Add oil, milk, vanilla, and cardamom. Mix until combined.
4. Sift in oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold until smooth.
🔸 Do not overmix — just combine until no dry spots remain.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Tap to level.
6. Top with almonds, rose petals, pistachios (optional).
7. Bake for 28–35 minutes until golden and toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool 10 minutes in tin, then transfer to a rack.
For Glaze
Mix 2 tbs honey with 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp milk.
