This has been a good addition to my Primate Gymnasium. I use it regularly to go along with my Isometric training. It also complements the Bullworker Classic Bow. If you want a fast pick-me-up it works well for a Movement Snack. Try using the Arm Twister as a warm up or for a final pump.
Put it on a low setting and knock out some reps. Then crank it up to near your maximum and finish off with 1 to 5 reps.
I bought two of them from two different companies...they are exactly the same.
