In this Carolina Digital Phone Training video series, we provide a step-by-step walkthrough of exporting call history and setting up scheduled call history reports.
This video shows how office managers can export call history to a CSV file by clicking the Export button or create automated reports by selecting Scheduled Exports in the Manager Portal. We demonstrate how to create a new export, name the report, and choose how often it runs.
You will learn how to configure each export frequency option, including daily, weekly, monthly, and custom schedules. The video explains how to select report timing, set repeat intervals, and run the export immediately after it is created.
We also cover delivery and notification options, including email notifications when a report is complete, emailing the CSV file as an attachment, storing a copy in the portal, or uploading the file using FTP or secure FTP. Filtering options are also reviewed, such as exporting data for a specific extension, inbound or outbound calls, headers, or off-net calls only.
Finally, the video shows how to manage existing scheduled exports by editing settings, downloading reports, or deleting an export when it is no longer needed.
