Module 2: Reporting Sexual Harassment and Violence under the Canada Labour Code

This module, the second of three training modules, is designed for individuals supporting employees in federally regulated workplaces who have experienced or are experiencing sexual harassment and violence. This module explores the process for reporting sexual harassment and violence, and related workers’ rights in federally regulated workplaces under the Canada Labour Code (the Regulations).  The training will explore employers’ obligations which include training, policies and procedures, workplace assessments and ensuring safe reporting avenues, as well as outlining the resolution process when a report of harassment and violence is made.
