🟢材料:
免治豬肉 200 克
法邊豆 220 克
薑片 1 片
蒜頭 1 粒
橄欖菜 1 湯匙
紹興酒 1 湯匙
老抽 1 茶匙
澱粉水 2 湯匙
胡椒粉、糖、鹽 、油 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣ 法式豆洗淨後,汆燙 2 分鐘撈出備用。
2️⃣ 豬肉加入適量的胡椒粉、糖、鹽、老抽、澱粉水和少許油拌勻,醃製 10-15 分鐘。
3️⃣ 爆香蒜末和薑,加入豬肉炒香。
4️⃣ 加入法式豆翻炒,加入橄欖菜翻炒。
5️⃣ 灑入紹興酒,蓋上鍋蓋焗煮 10 秒即可上碟。
🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 200g
French beans - 220g
Ginger - 1 slice
Garlic - 1 clove
Preserved olive vegetable (seasoned mustard leaves olive flavour) - 1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch slurry - 2 tablespoons
White pepper powder, sugar, salt, oil - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Blanch the French beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
2️⃣ Marinate the ground pork with white pepper powder, sugar, salt, soy sauce, cornstarch solution, and a little oil for 10-15 minutes.
3️⃣ Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the minced pork and stir-fry until cooked.
4️⃣ Add the French beans and preserved olive vegetable and stir-fry.
5️⃣ Sprinkle Shaoxing wine, cover the pan and simmer for 10 seconds before serving.
