The Borg-Warner Trophy is the symbol of victory for the world's largest single-day sporting event. It has become one of the most legendary trophies in the world, as it is one-of-one and cannot be possessed by a winner of the Indy 500, but rather the winners become a part of it. The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum is one of the world's premier destinations dedicated to the preservation and interpretation of motorsports competition and motor vehicles, with emphasis on the history of the Indianapolis 500-Mile Race. The Museum, located inside the 2.5-mile Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval, is open 363 days per year (except Thanksgiving and Christmas) and offers year-round IMS track tours (pending weather and track availability). It houses one of the world's top collections of race cars, historic automobiles, and racing artifacts.
