How to make FIG SYRUP for Cocktails! | BT&C

Let's get figgy? Get'n Figgy with it? For this one I'll have to thank one of my Patrons - Tom. Tom has been asking me to make a cocktail Fig Syrup. In my 40+ years of bartending, I've never made a Fig Syrup before. And I love figs! (Especially the Newton Variety)...So after some trial and error, I think I have come up with a decadent syrup that will be amazing to use in a cocktail. Now, what the heck kind of cocktail can you use it in? Stay tuned for the next episode where we figure that out. Make some fig syrup so you can experiment along with me. Cheers!
