Jeff has 35 years of bodybuilding experience, is a coach with 3DMJ and is a professional natural bodybuilder with the WNBF. He has competed at the world championships numerous times as well as the Yorton cup, which are two of the most prestigious competitions in the world of Natural Bodybuilding. Jeff has also successfully coached many athletes to the stage.
