In this video, I'm driving from Kouba to El Biar via the upscale neighborhood Poirson. The Poirson route is a shortcut between Boulevard Bougara (which is often congested near Kennedy Square) and El Biar. This route will lead you to Bachir Ibrahimi Street from where you could also go to Val d'Hydra, Ben Aknoun, Hydra (via Colonne Voirol), and Bir Mourad Rais.
