What would you do with a jar of yuzu tea marmalade?

Here's the recipe for a 15cm chiffon cake:
Egg yolk 2 no.
Yuzu tea marmalade 20g
Corn oil 33g
Soy milk 30g
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Lemon zest 1/4 tsp
Cake flour 50g
Egg white 80g
Sugar 40g
Bake at 180 degree Celsius, non-convection oven for 25 minutes
