This Hyrox weekend looked a little different for me.
I wasn’t racing—but I was fully immersed in the energy.
In this vlog, I’m sharing Hyrox Anaheim through the lens of an LSKD athlete, spectating from the sidelines while cheering on friends, soaking up the atmosphere, and feeling all the motivation (and a little fomo) that comes with not being on the start line.
From shakeout runs to long days inside the arena to team coffee runs & meals, this weekend reminded me why I love this sport and this community. Watching my friends push their limits while continuing my own comeback journey was exactly the fuel I needed.
If you’re navigating injury, a pause in competition, or just learning to support from the sidelines—this one’s for you. The competitive fire doesn’t disappear, it just shows up differently.
