You can take the left-bottom path to reach the boss, in that way all the adds are weak to Sword and Light damage so Rondo can easily handle it.
If the dragon starts with fire aoe just restart the fight, it will probably kill someone from your team.
Don't nuke the boss until he is around 35% hp, in turn 19 you will notice that he will get enraged if he reaches less than 35%, and after that point he will do an amount of damage that we couldn't be able to handle.
