Halloween Chocolate Cupcakes
1 - 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of cocoa powder
1 - 1/2 tsp of baking soda
3/4 tsp of baking powder
3/4 tsp of salt
2 large eggs
1 cup of milk with 1 tbs of vinegar
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 the of vanilla extract
Bake at 350f for 25min
Cream cheese frosting
1 tbs of strawberry extract
