Ever wondered how to make your buttercream silky smooth and super white??? There are just a few simple steps to follow.
We use a classic American buttercream in our bakery as its super flexible for all applications.
We use a 2:1 ratio of icing sugar to unsalted butter. You can use this ratio with any quantities you may need.
For our example in the video we are using 1kg and 500g unsalted butter.
You may used unsalted butter if you like. You can also change this up with dairy free butter to create a dairy free buttercream!
