Almond Suji Cake [Recipe]

This suji cake is moist, buttery and soft; melts in your mouth! In this video, I'm making a suji cake with almonds, pure butter, just a few ingredients but the cake is really tasty. I will show a way to soften the suji before baking the cake so the texture is soft but not soggy. If you love almonds, you will love this suji cake. I'm using a stand mixer, but if you can use a hand mixer to whisk the butter until fluffly. Enjoy making this cake.

250g sugar
2 tsp almond extract
80g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
90ml milk
30g ground almond
