This class is structured to balance the hips through a dynamic flow (inspired from Sri Parveen Nair), a static exploration, and one final flow focused on the warrior 1 and parsvottanasana.
I must apologize for the background noise, some days are noisier than others in te studio.
This work is used to open up the possibilities to go into inversions. I have prepared another small video on a tutorial on Pincha Mayurasana.
