Due to the fact that the Hannibal series are in the United States On Netflix and reach fabulous ratings for the first time, and we can all hope for a fourth season again, there is enough reason to do a Hannibal classic again today!
A very interesting experience from the book "Feeding Hannibal" by Janice Poon. In the book, the title of the recipe was "Bedilia's bellybuttons in absinthe cream". It was my first snail experience. It was delicious, the sauce was wonderful, the taste of the snail was similar to the mushroom, only that the texture of the snail was a little firmer but not chewy.
However, I personally believe I would not do it again for myself. Not because it wasn't tasty, that was it. I'm just not a snail person, it may have to do with the appearance of the snail, I also eat a lot with the eyes. BUT! I fearlessly try everything possible, this is the only way to wide up your taste horizon!

Ingredients:
1 8oz can Burgundian snails
24 white mediumsized mushrooms
3 Tbsp Butter
1 clove of garlic
Salt
1 cup whipping cream
3-4 sprigs fresh terragon
1 Tbsp Absinthe or Pernod
