Day 4 NLP. Had some time off during an illness, and another knee injury...Plus some shoulder issues and fixes. I can detail what I did in another video if anyone is interested.
squat, 85x5x3 - 5kg increase from day 3.
bench, 70x5x4 - 10kg increase from day 1.
deadlift, 130x5 - 10kg increase from day 3.
