Kashmiri chilli-1/2tsp
Salt-1/2tsp
Mustard oil-1/4cup
Cumin seed-1tsp
Onion-2( finely chopped)
Ginger & garlic- 1tbsp ( finely chopped)
Green chilli-2-3 (chopped)
Tomato pure-1/2cup
Salt to taste
Cumin powder-1tsp
Coriander powder-1tsp
Kashmiri chilli-1/2tbsp
Turmeric-1/2tsp
Water-1/4cup
Curd-1/4cup
Add fried mushroom
Green peas-1/2cup
Water-1/2cup
Garam masala-1tsp
Fresh cream-2tbsp
Coriander leave-handful (chopped)
