Therefore, it is important to restrict the use of mobile phones, laptops, TV or any screen which omits blue light and reduces the effectiveness of melatonin hormone which reduces sleep. Also, it is important to have one particular sleep routine which could maintain the circadian rhythm and sleep is not effected. And lastly, when person lay on bed the person should straight focus on relaxation and try not the think about the worldly affairs on bed.
