INGREDIENTS
2 egg plants
100g minced meat ( marinated with a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil & cornflour)
30g meaty salted fish
1/4 red capsicum
For sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp cornstarch
40-50ml water
