living alone diaries: for all the years grief stole from you

grief is tricky and not enough of us are talking about how to co-exist with it. i'm learning that grief never really leaves you, but rather you learn to cope overtime. whether it be a romantic partnership, family member or past version of yourself, there truly is no time limit that can be set on how long you should grieve what is no longer.

the best thing that i've done for myself was fully immerse myself within the present moment and practice mindfulness to not allow my mind drift too far off into the deep end. and if it does, that's ok. learning to create space for all my thoughts and feelings without passing judgement. you should try it too. anyways, i hope your week is going amazing! take care all ways, always. enjoy! xo ❣️
