living alone diaries: taking care of yourself while sick? refund me on this single life, please.

hey boos 🫶🏾,

happy almost 2024!! I didn't want to end this year without sharing one last vloggy vlog. unfortunately i was super sick right before the holidays, which i feel was a further emphasis on me choosing to end the year on a soft note versus a strong note. between my cycle coming on and then being hit by this cold, one thing its taught me is the power of a good bubble bath.

from now on, i'll be adding a soothing warm bubble bath to my routine at least two times a week going into 2024. certainly a non-negotiable. anyways, i love this kale chicken soup recipe from my girl Clarke. and OH, y'all I peeled off ALLLLL the onion skin this go-round. i had to mention because y'all were dragging me in my vlog where i made the lasagna soup. enough! lololll.

but, while you're here, comment below your biggest lesson or piece of advice that 2023 has taught you. i can use some good gems to noodle on in this new year!
