The swipe base paint mixture I use for non iridescent paints is 2parts flood floetrol, 1part paint and 0.75 parts water. For iridescent paints its with 1 part water.
The cell activator was made from 3parts Australian floeteol, 1 part Amsterdam white paint and a splash of water.
