Іngredients for making pies

2. Semolina 270 g.
3. Sugar 180 g.
4. Flour 150 g.
5. Butter 100 g.
6. Egg 1 pc.
7. Salt 1/2 tsp
8. Soda 1/2 tsp
For the filling:
9. Pear 2-3 pcs.
10. Walnuts 100 g.
Auxiliary ingredients :
11. Butter - grease the mold
12. Semolina for sprinkling
13. Sugar for dusting
Recipe of preparation :
1. Soak the Semolina with yogurt and leave to insist for 25 minutes.
2. Prepare the mould, lubricate with oil, sprinkle with a Semolina.
3. Walnuts cut with a knife, should turn out quite large pieces.
4. Clean the pear from the peel, cut the core, cut into beautiful slices.
5. Sugar, oil, egg, salt combine and beat
6. Add soaked mane, flour and mix until uniform.
7. Intervene the soda, pour the dough into a uniform, top beautifully lay the pear, sprinkle with walnuts and sprinkle with sugar.
8. Bake in a pre-heated up to 180 C oven for 45 minutes. Heating bottom top. It is possible with convection.
