START HERE! Before jumping into one of my dedicated muscle group classes, start with this quick and effective 10-minute full body pilates warm-up! Utilizing only bodyweight and barre and pilates elements to get your body warm and limber, this warm up will get your heart rate up, blood pumping, and muscles primed and ready for more! Use it as a warm up to one of my other videos or even as a quick full body flow. Great for if you're in a pinch and just need a little movement (hello travel days)!
