Grab a light resistance band and join my friend Sam and I for this DEEP CORE ACTIVATION Mat Pilates Workout! Clocking in at just under 15 minutes, this workout will provide you with the tools and cues you need to connect your pelvic floor and deep core to your breath as we move through a variety of foundational and challenging core movements. This workout progresses slowly through movements that build on each other from foundational to more advanced. Join us for it all or take what you need from it!
