Amazing balsamic and Honey roasted brussel sprouts recipe

This delicious roasted brussel sprouts recipe is a perfect complement to an elegant Thanksgiving or Christmas meal or just your random weeknight dinner. These healthy brussel sprouts give you some crunch from the walnuts, sweet from the honey, tart from the balsamic and a pop of color from the cranberries.

Ingredients:
1 lb Brussel Sprouts (halved)
3 tbs Olive Oil
2 Tbs balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbs Honey
1/4 cup Toasted & Chopped Walnuts
1 Clove Garlic (minced)
1 Tsp Fresh Thyme (Chopped)
1 Tsp Fresh Rosemary (Chopped)
1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup or more Grated Parmesan
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees
2. Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey in a small bowl and mix until combined.
3. Pour mixture over brussel sprouts, reserving about 1/3 of the mixture, and stir to coat.
4. Add the walnuts and season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
5. Spread the brussel sprouts out on a baking sheet and turn so the cut side is down.
6. Bake for 30 mins
7. Add the brussel sprouts back to a bowl and mix in the cranberries and parmesan cheese
8. Serve immediately
*Notes*
Pecans would be good also if you don't have walnuts or want to try something different
Maple syrup would be a good substitute for honey
