Basic and Intermediate Decorating Techniques using IOD Cameos mold on Royal Icing Cookies

In this video I fully demonstrate how to make beautiful chocolate cameos using the new IOD Cameos mold. Using both piped melted chocolate (I used Toll House Morsels) and Hot Hands Modeling Chocolate, I take you step by step through casting the chocolate; I then demonstrate several decorating techniques, from the most simple to more advanced; however, be advised that even the advanced techniques are accessible to all! Once you get the basics on how to work with the coloring in both powder and liquid form, the sky's the limit!
