Janeiro from a down dog pose for beginners. This will help you build the muscle memory and build strength to do Janeiro aerially. Things to keep in mind:
1. Make sure your hip locks your elbow shelf.
2. Make sure you bring the top leg all the way up until you feel the pole on your entire lower back.
3. Push quick to grab the pole with your free hand specially if you don’t have a lot of back flexibility. This is a side bend not a full back bend but having a fu back bend helps.
