Dr Philippa Hulley (University of Oxford) discusses research to develop a fully human 3D bone model of Paget’s Disease of Bone with Prof Rob Layfield (University of Nottingham ). The research will provide a uniquely human drug discovery tool for testing novel therapeutics and achieving personalised medicine with customisable use of individual patient’s cells or mutations. This video is part of the 2024 Paget's Awareness Day video series from the Paget's Association, a charity based in the UK.
