It’s time to start a fresh classic 10-minute booty workout.
We’re targeting the glutes from every angle to build a round, lifted shape.
► Using plenty of pulses to increase muscle tension and make the workout more challenging for the glutes.
► Incorporating various foot positions to activate the outer glutes and inner thighs. Changing positions helps engage the muscles more effectively from different angles.
🤍 You’ll be training with me for the full 10 minutes, so make the most of it:
1. Stay mentally focused on your glutes throughout the entire workout and aim to really feel them working. Avoid fully relaxing at the bottom of each movement; instead, maintain constant tension and squeeze even harder at the top.
2. During all squat variations, drive up through your heels to place greater emphasis on the glute muscles.
3. When squatting down, try to keep your knees behind your toes, as this position is generally kinder to the knee joints.
