Today, I’m so happy to share a very special village-style Shallots Curry and Okra Fry recipe on my YouTube channel!
It was a beautiful day filled with gentle rain showers while I was cooking—creating the perfect village atmosphere. The sound of rain, the smell of spices, and the warmth of traditional cooking made this day so memorable. 🌧️🌿
My Shallots Curry is prepared with:
🧅 Shallots
🌶️ Dry red chillies
🥥 Fresh coconut
🌿 Curry leaves
🌶️ Green chillies
🌱 Coriander seeds
🥥 Coconut oil
The curry turned out incredibly tasty and comforting. Along with it, I made a simple and crispy Okra Fry (Vendakka Varuthathu), which made a perfect combo for lunch.
