🥕 Ingredients
3 kg fresh carrots (grated)
1.5 kg milk
Fresh cream (malai)
Sugar (1.5 cups or to taste)
Desi ghee
Khoya
Almonds
Pistachios
Raisins

👩🍳 Method / Recipe
1. Add grated carrots to a pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
2. Add milk and cook on low flame until carrots become soft.
3. Add malai and cook until milk completely dries.
4. Add sugar and cook until sugar syrup dries.
5. Add almonds, pistachios, and raisins.
6. Add desi ghee and fry until ghee separates.
7. Add khoya and cook for a few more minutes.
8. Garnish with nuts and khoya. Serve hot or warm.
