Wudang Tai He Quan (太和拳)

Tai He Quan is a special form of the Wudang TaiJi system. It is full of unique movements that each symbolize an aspect of the Daoist ideology. From the opening moves named 分判天地 ("Divide and Distinguish Heaven and Earth") to closing with 运转八卦 ("Eight Trigrams Revolve"), the Tai He form encompasses concepts and imagery and paints a beautiful picture of Daoist philosophy.
