Today I brought you 8 mindfulness activities that you can try in 2026 for a healthier and more present version of you! We all know how hard it is to be present - we're chronically online, always in a rush (especially if you live in places where work is seen as the only way to success), and genuinely always overthinking. So, I thought it would be a good idea to share some tricks that worked for me that can ease you into the new year!
More and more people nowadays are working on ending their social media addictions, learning how to fix their brain rot and attention spans, and working on actually living instead of living on auto pilot or constantly worrying. There's no reason you can't do the same. I hope these help!
