Thank you for being here — and for choosing to come home to yourself.
In this video, we explore how early childhood experiences quietly shape the way you think, feel, and relate as an adult — often without you realising it.
When childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or unmet attachment needs go unaddressed, many people don’t live from their authentic self. Instead, they operate from a survival self — a version of you that learned to stay safe, manage threat, and maintain connection at any cost.
While this survival mode was once intelligent and protective, it can later show up as:
• People pleasing
• Emotional reactivity
• Self-abandonment
• Hyper-independence
• Chronic self-doubt
• Difficulty setting boundaries
Reparenting your inner child isn’t about blaming the past — it’s about understanding it. When you begin meeting your unmet emotional needs with compassion, clarity, and boundaries, your nervous system no longer has to run your life from old patterns.
I’m Sandra, a Transformational Authenticity Coach and Counsellor. I help people shaped by childhood conditioning heal survival patterns, build secure boundaries, and reclaim their authentic self in relationships, leadership, and everyday life.
This conversation is for anyone on a path of:
• Trauma recovery
• Inner child healing
• Emotional regulation
• Authentic self-leadership
• Breaking repeating relationship patterns
You are not broken.
You adapted — and now, you get to choose differently.
