Gyoza is one of the most popular dishes in Japan!
It has a very good nutritional balance with carb, meat and a lot of vegetable.
My Canadian husband who rarely gives complement always tells me "You make the best Gyoza!!!" :) I hope you will like it too.
Ingredients (50-60 Gyoza) -
Ground pork - 450 g
Cabbage - 250 g
Green onion - 3
Oyster sauce - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 clove
Ginger - 1 tsp
Gyoza wrappers
