The BEST, Easiest, Lowest Calorie and Virtually Fat-Free Vegan "Cheese" Sauce
1 - 16-ounce bag of frozen cauliflower, defrosted
1 roasted red bell pepper (if you use jarred, soak well in water first to remove the salt)
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons SMOKED paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chipotle powder, more or less to taste
¼ cup water (or just enough to get the batter to blend)
¼ cup nutritional yeast (or more, to taste)
