Bourek de pommes de terre-viande hachée-œuf au thermomix ou bourek Annabi

Ce bourek généreux a l’œuf coulant nous vient de Annaba, ville en Algérie. Aussi appelé « brika », il est idéal accompagné d’une chorba pendant le ramadan ou d’une salade l’été.
La purée de pommes de terre est facultative, pour un bourek plus léger et fondant, oubliez la purée: Viande hachée assaisonnée, œuf coulant au milieu et fromage feront l’affaire!

Ingrédients:
4 feuilles de brick
200g de viande hachée
4 petites pommes de terre cuites coupées en dés
4 œufs
Une poignée de persil
20g d’huile d’olive
1cc de sel
1/4cc de poivre
1cc de ras el hanout ( facultatif )
Piment ou harissa ( facultatif )
4 Fromage vache qui rit, kiwi ou fromage à hamburger
