We have been constructing many eco homes
This is one of those, size is 30X40= 1200 SFT
This house has designed for 3 storey building
But, so far we have built two floors only
The bricks used in this house has made here
We brought the soil from out for making bricks
You can find the machine & all at that corner
If you observe no pillars or columns found here
We have used the cement & steel at minimum
Stone wall & Mud block are combinedly used
We built this wall because that this can be done
This Stone wall looks nice and have good elevation
This Mud brick wall thickness is about 9 inches
Inside of this mud wall groove finished like this
This is under construction and finishing is going
This roof is Pillar slab and we used pots for slab
By using the Pillar slab we can reduce the Concrete
See this arch, we changed the brick style for shape
A small family will reside here, this is hall & kitchen
In Kitchen, you can the see different roofing style
We designed and used the Mud blocks for this roof
This wall is grooved by Mud plastering pattern
Wherever grooving is not necessary we can use it
This is another bed room and that is Bay window
The slab is at final stage& we use water coat on it
We need column here, instead we made stone pillar
We can keep attractive arches like this by using bricks
If you knew you can create different styles by them
This is 3 bed room house, single bed room & kitchen
are in ground floor and double bed room in 1st floor
You can observe the windows & other structures
The complete architecture of building & execution plan
was given by our office of Mahijaa & Mrinmayee
Mr. Nagesh has undertaken the complete construction
He is completing the 100 SFT at Rs. 2.30-2.40 lakhs
Here we are using a small quantity of cement & steel
Hence the construction cost would reduced by 25%
In regural construction material costs would be 60 %
But, in eco-60 % will be to artisans & 40 % is material
We are working on how to reduce the material costs
