I ride Motorcycle on one of the most beautiful roads in Northern Vietnam — but a stop in Du Gia town completely shattered the dream. As a Vietnamese traveler, I stayed long enough to see what happens after the tour groups leave… and what the Saturday market reveals about the real highlands.
But the frustration was nothing compared to the joy of the people I met along the way and especially the breathtaking beauty of the mountain passes of Ha Giang Loop, Vietnam.
