In this video we talk about Craniosynostosis, a genetic condition Nora was born with where plates in her skull fused prematurely causing her head to grow asymmetrically. Specifically, Nora had a condition called Unicoronal Craniosynostosis, where the fusion occurred along one of the Coronal sutures of the skull. At 9 months old she underwent surgery to separate the plates, allowing her head to grow normally.
