One of the most frequent calls to “Technical Support” is the boiler fires up 247 even though it’s in the OFF mode only happens with a “Mid Position” valve
A lot of installers will change many parts only to find the fault is still there, and charge the customer for parts which are not necessary.
Learning and doing the polarity test (Page 16) will show voltage on the blue neutral which is very common, but only a part P electrician can solve this.
