Lao Larb Gai Recipe [4k]

Minced chicken seasoned with lime juice, chili powder, fish sauce, roasted rice powder to give a smoky fragrance, and fresh herbs to complete the dish. This is a healthy dish that's full of wonderful flavors and textures.  It's quite easy to make as long as you have all the ingredients ready. Larb is a staple food of Laos.  It is usually made with beef, pork, chicken, duck or fish. Served with fresh vegetables and sticky rice.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chicken 453g
½ cup chicken hearts, cooked thinly sliced (optional)
½ cup banana blossom- shredded
1 tsp. chili powder
3 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. lime juice
1½ tbsp. roasted rice powder
½ tsp msg or chicken powder(optional)
¼ tsp salt
1 stalk lemon grass, finely minced
3 kaffir lime leaves, finely minced
3 green onions, sliced
½ cup cilantro. chopped
½ cup mints
½ Vietnamese coriander
