Well hello! ♥ In honor of World Mental Health Day, today's video will be making mental health more accessible for YOU (and you don't have to have a mental illness to better your mental health; mental health is for everyone). To do this, I'll talk about 2 things: 1) my time in outpatient 2) the most impactful things I've learned from outpatient. That means an indepth look at concepts, pieces of therapy-provided worksheets, handouts, quizzes. Check out the time stamps for more details!! Also, I've linked all the documents/handouts I reference in this video down below so you can either follow along or download them for a later time. Hope you enjoy ♥

ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response which is a fancy way of saying a phenomenon from certain sounds that produce tingles and/or relaxation. Tingles usually start on the scalp and travel down your back. ASMR is great for relaxation, insomnia, tingles, and can be extremely helpful for some people that struggle with anxiety/panic attacks and/or depression (like me!)
This is a safe place for all. Also remember you are loved. You are worthy. You are valued. I'm so glad you stopped by ♥
P.S. I am not a mental health professional/counselor. I am simply a girl sharing my experiences and the things I've learned. Shout out to my outpatient group for content and people that were LIFE CHANGING. Forever grateful.
