GREEN TIDE GARLIC BUTTER FISH FILLET
Ingredients:
Meat Prep Ingredients:
Fish Fillet – 1kg
Salt – 1 tsp
Pepper – 1 tsp
Paprika – 1 tsp
All Purpose Flour – ½ cup
Frying Ingredient:
Cooking Oil – 175ml
Unsalted Butter – 30g
Sauce Ingredient:
Unsalted Butter – 100g
Garlic – 2 heads (chopped)
Parsely – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper –1/2 tsp
Water – 1 cup
1. Meat Prep
Start by seasoning the fillet with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Rub the fillet gently to blend the spices evenly.
Flip the fillet and repeat the process.
Get the flour ready on a shallow dish for coating.
Dredge the fillet in flour, pressing lightly to cover it all over.
2. Fry the Fillet
Heat cooking oil in a pan - in a medium low heat.
Melt butter Lay the fish fillet gently and cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
Once golden brown, remove the fillet and set aside.
3. Sauce Prep
In a new pan, melt butter.
Add garlic.
Toast until golden brown.
Add water, pepper, and salt.
Give a stir to blend the mixture.
Bring to boil.
Add the parsley and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
